Personal Training
Because everyone's goals and objectives can be slightly different, all of our personal training sessions and nutrition plans are tailored to your exact needs. This ensures that you acheive your goals faster and enjoy the process of training to look and feel your best.
We encourage and train people of all levels of ability, from professional athletes to mums and dads who just want to tone up. We train people of all ages, starting from 7 years old to people well past the age of 60.
We believe that what you do and eat outside of your sessions are just as important to what you do in your sessions. So all of our personal training packages include constant help with your nutrition and home training programs to keep you on track when you are outside the studio.

Boot Camps
Some people prefer to train in a group environment and that's why we have created our exclusive and unique Boot Camps. Our Boot Camps run from 8-12 weeks and are specifically designed to tone and strengthen every part of your body.
