What if I am not as fit as the rest of the group?

Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are specially designed to cater for all levels of strength and fitness, from the beginner to the elite. We have people of all levels of fitness in our boot camps, ranging from people who have never trained before to professional athletes. All levels of ability are challanged to their personal limits, and everyone is welcomed and encouraged.

running Will there be a lot of running? 

Our Boot Camps do incorporate running as it is a great way to get fit and lose weight, however you will not be  running for the entire Boot Camp session. Each session is run on a challenge by choice method, so you can have a break at any time. Many participants who could not run when they first started can now run easily after completing their first Boot Camp.

What kinds of exercises and activities will I be doing?

All of the activities and exercises are designed in a fun and motivating way. From strength training circuits, to kickboxing, boxing, yoga core strengthening, flexibility,

What if it is dark or raining, will the sessions still take place? 

Our Winter location is a great place to train with a massive fully lighted undercover area for when it is dark or raining, so training sessions will take place rain, hail or shine!

Can I come for one session per week instead of two, and what if I am going to be away during the middle of the Boot Camp?
