What if I have never done Yoga before, or if I am at a different level to the other people in the group?

Why is this Yoga course different from normal classes I can go to?
Unlike normal classes that anyone can attend, our yoga courses are set for 8-12 weeks and are capped at small number of people so that everyone learns the proper technique of the postures.
We make sure that everyone is progressing to their full potential each week. The skills you will learn in this course you will take with you to any yoga classes you attend in the future.
In the past at all of the other yoga classes I have done, I have felt like I never really knew if I was doing it correctly. How is this different?

Each class will incorporate some form of meditation or pranayama breathing exercises and yoga philosophy, which is designed to help you quieten your mind, reconnect your spirit and deepen your Yoga practice to the next level.
Do I need to pay upfront or can I pay installments?
