Hi, my name is Shea Webb Webb and I am a professional personal trainer. For over the past 20 years I have been training in many different styles of martial arts that led me to trying many different strength and fitness styles to be at my best, and to be able to train for a Muay Thai Kickboxing fight in the ring.
