What if I am not as fit as the rest of the group?
Fresh Fitness Boot Camps are specially designed to cater for all levels of strength and fitness, from the beginner to the elite. We have people of all levels of fitness in our boot camps, ranging from people who have never trained before to professional athletes. All levels of ability are challanged to their personal limits, and everyone is welcomed and encouraged.
Will there be a lot of running?
Our Boot Camps do incorporate running as it is a great way to get fit and lose weight, however you will not be running for the entire Boot Camp session. Each session is designed as "Challenge by Choice", so you can have a break at any time. Many participants who could not run when they first started Boot Camp can now run easily after completing their first Boot Camp.
What kinds of exercises and activities will I be doing?
All of the activities and exercises are designed in a fun and motivating way. From strength training circuits, to kickboxing, boxing, yoga core strengthening, flexibility,

and circuits, every session is completely different to keep the training sessions fun and enjoyable!
What if it is dark or raining, will the sessions still take place?
Our Summer location is a great place to train with a massive fully lighted undercover area for when it is dark or raining, so training sessions will always take place every week place rain, hail or shine!
Do I need to pay upfront or can I pay installments?
You will need to pay a deposit to secure your place in the Boot Camp. However you can pay upfront or by installments, just ask us about our payment options when you register.
What are the different payment options?

You can pay by direct deposit or transfer into bank account, or online by credit card, or by cash or cheque in person at our studio.
