At Fresh Fitness our team are dedicated to helping you achieve all of your health and fitness goals, from the absolute beginner to the elite.

Our mission is to train, educate, motivate and inspire you to achieve the best results possible, and to help you maintain your new healthier lifestyle for the rest of your life.

We have a holistic approach to health and fitness, so that as you achieve your training goals, you also experience more energy, vitality, strength and stamina to do the things you love.

Our Services

We offer many different training options to help you achieve your goals; from our free online members area, to personal training sessions in our private studio, to outdoor group boot camps. So you can now work out in private, with your own personal trainer, or having fun meeting new people and getting your friends and family involved.

Fresh Fitness Outdoor sessions take place from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, and our private personal training studio is located less than one minute from the Pacific Highway at Loganholme.

We specialise in the following areas of Health and Fitness: Personal Training, Group Training, Outdoor Boot Camps, Strength Training, Weight Loss, Toning, Nutrition, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Self Defense, Life Coaching, Yoga, Core Stengthening, Flexibility, Sports Specific Training, Injury Rehabilitation, and Wedding Training.

Shea has been Personal Training people for over 8 years. He is passionate about  training hard and achieving elite levels of functional strength and fitness. He loves helping people and thrives on seeing his clients get great results.

Shea's inspiration is a combination of mixed martial arts, strength training, fitness training and natural nutrition. You will see by his own training videos that he loves creating new workouts and pushing his training to new limits.

Carlie has been a Personal Trainer for over 4 years. She is extremely passionate about helping people acheive their goals, and she loves helping her clients transform their bodies and take their health and fitness to the next level.

Carlie's inspiration is the amazing effect that training hard, eating well and keeping your mind and spirit strong has on your entire life.  Carlie practises what she preaches and enjoys an active, fit lifestyle and her hobbies include running on the beach, yoga and enoying the outdoors.
